Fitness assessment – boosting motivation

A fitness assessment is the first step to increasing your training motivation.

A fitness assessment shows you exactly where you currently stand and helps you set realistic goals that keep you motivated and make progress visible. Regular progress evaluations further strengthen your motivation and make your journey towards greater fitness even more effective.
During a fitness assessment, you receive a comprehensive overview of your physical condition. This includes strength tests for different muscle groups, an endurance test on a Matrix ergometer, as well as a detailed body analysis using the Accuniq BC380. This assessment provides precise data on your muscle mass, body fat and other key body composition values. In this way, you build the perfect foundation for your training and individual goals.

Varied, simple and effective

When you start EGYM training, our trainers will personally guide you. All settings, such as starting position and range of motion, are programmed during your first use of the equipment. This increases training comfort and minimises the risk of injury caused by incorrect use.
During your workout, frequency and speed are displayed on a screen – ensuring simple equipment operation and efficient, results-driven training. Your training results are available at any time via an app for both you and your trainers. This enables targeted training and optimal guidance.
A strength test is used to determine your maximum strength and to adjust training weights to your individual performance level. After every six training sessions, the strength test is repeated to adapt your training load to your improved performance level.

Fitness

Ideal for warming up before your workout or for focused endurance training.

On our Matrix endurance machines, you can choose from a variety of training programmes. The Matrix cardio equipment features easy-to-use displays and has been developed according to the latest ergonomic standards.
A treadmill, an elliptical trainer, two upright bikes and two recumbent bikes are available for your use.

The SensoPro is an innovative fitness device from Switzerland that enables effective coordination training under load. It consists of two oscillating standing platforms, similar to slacklines, on which the user stands, as well as integrated resistance bands for various exercises.
This design challenges the leg and core muscles and improves balance as well as reaction ability. Training programmes are controlled via a screen with video instructions, enabling autonomous and varied training for different fitness levels.
The SensoPro is used both in fitness training and rehabilitation and offers a high level of enjoyment.

The Dividat Senso is a cognitive-motor training device. It combines physical activity with cognitive tasks. According to current research, this combination is the most effective way to improve gait stability.

A digital training programme to strengthen the pelvic floor.

After a performance test, the virtual coach «Ani» guides you through your training programme. The motto of Acticore training is: «Laugh, learn, perform.»

The training consists of phases of pelvic floor contraction and relaxation. Train specific muscle functions such as strength, endurance and coordination through varying durations and intensities.

Vibration training – effective muscle training

Strengthens muscles and bones and enhances coordination.

Vibration training is a training method that specifically activates the muscle’s stretch reflexes, thereby inducing muscle contractions. This technology improves intramuscular coordination as well as the interaction between different muscle groups.
